With over 10 years’ experience, Jessica is a veteran in the digital marketing industry. After graduating “Arts and Cultural Management” from Grant MacEwan University, and Marketing at the University of Okanagan, Jessica decided to pursue her passion of Social Media and Digital Marketing. Jessica has an extensive marketing background in gaming, entertainment, food and beverage, retail and hospitality. She has worked in Los Angeles at “The Agency Group” where she worked on film and television projects, as well as musical festivals including Coachella and Wango Tango. Jessica returned to Edmonton, a city which she is truly passionate about and has since then, worked as the Marketing Manager for River Cree Resort and Casino, Gateway Casinos, Hilton Hotels and The Mayfield Dinner Theatre. Although Jessica loves everything about Marketing, her niche is social media. She is an expert in content creation, social media advertising and analytics. Jessica’s goal is to help local business owners expand opportunities through various social and digital media platforms with her company, Brand Bloom, in which she is CEO & Co-Founder. Jessica is also thrilled to sit on the Board of Directors for The STARS Air Ambulance “Building Magic In The Sky” Gala as well as the organizing committee for the 50th Anniversary of the Cross Cancer Institute.

Maria Mahon

Maria is a Social Media guru and marketing specialist. She possesses a broad range of knowledge for today’s world of digital marketing. She is always up to date with the latest social media trends, and excels at discovering and establishing the best means of contact with followers, as well as potential followers. Maria is also an expert blogger, gaining experience blogging for two hockey apparel companies as well as developing her own personal beauty blog.

With her broad previous background in the health care, oil and gas, travel, hospitality and customer service industries, she has the tools to make any company excel when it comes to their online presence and customer engagement.

She has adapted her experience and skill set to provide businesses withwebsite and digital strategy consultation, social media marketing consulting, strategy execution, community management, website optimization and SEO.

Desiree Concepcion

As an Ontario native, graduating from Georgian College – Hospitality Management program, Desiree took the leap and started her career in Fort McMurray, Alberta to work for Silverbirch Hotels & Resorts. Desiree’s natural charisma and attention to detail helped her move to Edmonton to be a part of opening a new hotel in Edmonton, The DoubleTree by Hilton. From growing up in a small town, Edmonton has widened her perspective at all the opportunities this city has to offer. As the social butterfly she is, Desiree became attracted to how easily it is to increase your personal network through social media. With 11 years experience in customer relations, retail and sales & catering roles, Desiree utilizes her expertise to engage future clients on the benefits of Brand Bloom.
